The 2023 Sangiovese from Angels Loft has bright, red fruit and beautiful, natural acidity that is a classic expression from Calaveras County. Harvested at 24.7° Brix to preserve freshness and balance, the wine was matured for two years in used French oak barrels. On the palate, the wine delivers bright cherry, tart cranberry, and red‑plum fruit, layered with warm spice and earthy nuances—a subtle mix of dried herbs, and minerality.
