  2. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the product. We are not liable for any harm, damage, or injury that arises from the use or consumption of our products.
  3. Agreement: By placing an order with Clark Ferrea at Zinc House Farm, you are agreeing to our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Domestic Shipping Territories

All shipment destinations are checked against state and local regulations to ensure that we may ship to that location. Currently, Clark Ferrea ships to California and Colorado. Please call (209) 838-7000 or email customer service for assistance outside of these states.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders via UPS. Wine orders are shipped Monday and Tuesday to ensure shortest delivery time. Upon leaving our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking numbers, if applicable.

Order Pickup Policy

  1. Order Placement and Collection Time: Once an order has been placed, it must be collected within the specific time window agreed upon at the time of the order. The pickup times are from 10:00am to 5:00pm every day of the weeks except for major holidays, when we are closed.
  2. Late Collection: If an order isn’t picked up within the agreed time, we cannot guarantee the freshness of the produce and we reserve the right to dispose of any uncollected items at the close of business each day. Orders not collected on the same day will not be refunded or replaced.
  3. Order Verification: On pickup, customers must provide a valid ID and the confirmation number sent at the time of order.

Packaging Options

Our wine is packaged in shipping containers that vary in size depending on the quantity or weight of a shipment. These packages are designed to withstand normal transit conditions. Weather Related Issues that Affect Shipping

Occasionally, exceptionally warm or cold weather will prompt our shipping team to delay a shipment to an affected area to ensure that the wine shipments are not subjected to adverse travel conditions. Should a weather hold occur, we will contact you in advance with an estimated ship date from our warehouse.

Delivery Signatures

All wine shipments require a signature upon delivery by someone who is of legal purchase age. We encourage all customers to ship their wine to a location where a person who is of legal purchase age is available to sign for the wine during normal business hours. If several shipment attempts are made and no one is available to receive the shipment, it will be returned to our warehouse and may be rescheduled for delivery by calling the customer service center. Shipping charges will apply to the rescheduled shipment.

Credits and Refunds

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we realize that sometimes a credit or refund of your order is the right thing to do. Credits and refunds to your account are made directly to your credit card or customer account.

  1. Product Quality: If the products you received were not up to standard, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We will require proof of purchase and may request photographs or a return of the product to validate the claim.
  2. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within this period will be fully refunded. Any cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Refunds: Refunds for accepted claims will be processed within 3 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  4. Refunds on Wine: Wine items cannot not be returned.
