Zinc House Farm Grown Tomato and Burrata Tart

Ingredients
- 1 Puff pastry sheet (thawed)
- Zinc House Farm tomatoes (thinly sliced)
- 1 Ball of burata cheese
- 2 tbsp Zinc House Farm olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and transfer it to a tart pan.
Arrange the thinly sliced tomatoes on the pastry, leaving a small border around the edge.
Drizzle Zinc House Farm olive oil over the tomatoes, and season with salt and black pepper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
Once out of the oven, top with burrata cheese and fresh basil leaves.
Serve the tart warm or at room temperature, ideally paired with a glass of Clark Ferrea Touriga Nacional.
