Asian Pear and Arugula Salad with Blue Cheese

  • 4 cup Arugula (washed and dried)
  • 2 Asian pears (thinly sliced)
  • ½ cup Blue cheese (crumbled)
  • ½ cup Walnuts (toasted and chopped)
  • ¼ cup Zinc House Farm olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard salt, and pepper until a well combined dressing is formed.

  2. In a large salad bowl, combine arugula, thinly sliced Asian pears, crumbled blue cheese, and toasted walnuts.
