- 2 Limes (juiced)
- 2 Garlic cloves
Chicken
- 2 Chicken breasts
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
For the pesto, combine cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and half of the olive oil in a food processor. Process until smooth.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Once grilled, let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
Slice the chicken and drizzle with the cilantro-lime pesto.
