Join us on the First Thursday of June for a special Club Members-only get together. Our guest will be Brian Fiscalini, producer of the Fiscalini cheese range you’ll find in our Farm Store.
The Fiscalini farm was established in 1914 by Brian’s great-grandfather who immigrated from Switzerland and settled in Modesto, California. Today the fourth generation owns and operates the business, continuing a way of life that respects, preserves and honors the animals, the land, and resources. The dairy Farmstead has expanded to include an on-site cheesemaking facility. By using only the milk from their cows, they achieve superior taste and quality which has won numerous awards over the years.
Come by anytime between 4:30 and 7:30pm. We’ll be serving wine by the glass plus bottle service, and the Farm Store will be open if you want to grab charcuterie or anything else to pair with your wine.
