Ingredients
- 1 Sheet puff pastry (Thawed)
- 2 cup Mixed mushrooms (Sliced)
- 1 Shallot (Finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Zinc House Farm Estate Olive Oil
- Goat cheese (Crumbled)
- Fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out puff pastry on a baking sheet.
Sauté shallot in Zinc House Farm Estate Olive Oil until translucent, then add mushrooms and cook until tender. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
Spread mushroom mixture over puff pastry, leaving a border.
Top with crumbled goat cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is golden and crisp.
