Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Clark Ferrea Black Muscat Wine
  • ¼ cup brandy
  • ¼ cup Cointreau
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)

Directions

  1. Prepare the Fruits: In a large pitcher, combine the sliced orange, lemon, lime, mixed berries, and pineapple chunks.

  2. Add the Liquids: Pour in the Black Muscat, brandy, and orange liqueur.

  3. Sweeten to Taste: If desired, add honey to the mixture, stirring until fully dissolved.

  4. Chill and Infuse: Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld.
