Ingredients
- 1 bottle Clark Ferrea Black Muscat Wine
- ¼ cup brandy
- ¼ cup Cointreau
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 2 tbsp honey (optional)
Directions
Prepare the Fruits: In a large pitcher, combine the sliced orange, lemon, lime, mixed berries, and pineapple chunks.
Add the Liquids: Pour in the Black Muscat, brandy, and orange liqueur.
Sweeten to Taste: If desired, add honey to the mixture, stirring until fully dissolved.
Chill and Infuse: Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld.
Finish with Bubbles: Before serving, stir in the sparkling water to add a refreshing fizz.
